We are looking for an HR System Analyst to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our HR technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement system improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
As an HR System Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support to HR staff and other stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements that align with business goals.
Your role will also involve generating reports and dashboards to support decision-making, conducting system audits, and staying up to date with the latest HR technology trends. You will serve as a liaison between HR and IT departments, ensuring that HR systems are aligned with organizational needs and compliant with relevant regulations.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users are essential.
